Whole milk powder is made of fresh milk after disinfection, dehydration and spray drying. Because of spray drying treatment, protein clots are small, soft, easier to digest than fresh milk, and has been sterilized, suitable for infants. Whole milk powder is produced with pure milk, which basically maintains the original nutrients in milk, including no less than 24% protein, no less than 26% fat and no less than 37% lactose. It takes about 8-9 kilograms of milk to produce 1 kilogram of whole milk powder, which needs 8 times the amount of warm boiling water per serving. Whole fat is higher than low-fat and nonfat.
